I heard that the residents of 50 Rosehill actually got $500 refund for no air conditioning in July. They said the owner of Homestead Land Holdings was scared shitless of the bad comments on the internet and started farting out dollar bills.
ReplyDeleteCan anybody tell me if this is true. And is the AC working now? I'm thinking of renting there but don't want to live in a sauna. Is everything ok there now?
Yes we did get $500 each for no AC, but Homestead Land Holdings got what they wanted, lots of move outs including me. And now they can raise the rents to whatever the market will pay. That $500 was peanuts compared to what they make now. This landlord is very sleazy and evil. A lot of my neighbors moved out too.
